Terms of Service — eurojobs.ge
Version 2.0 · Effective 28 August 2026 · Replaces version 1.0 of 27 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of eurojobs.ge. They cover what the platform does, what it does not do, what is free, what is paid, how you pay, and when you can get your money back.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
1.1. The web platform eurojobs.ge (the "Platform") is operated by VK Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia under identification code 400474615 (the "Operator", "we", "us").
1.2. Registered address: Gldani Massif, III Micro-district, Building 4, Apt. 148, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact email: eurojobs.ge@gmail.com. Phone: +995 555 63 15 13.
1.3. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Operator. By creating an account, uploading a CV, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.4. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are incorporated into them by reference.
1.5. The Platform is an information society service. It is provided remotely, by electronic means, at your individual request.
2. Definitions
2.1. User, you — any natural or legal person using the Platform.
2.2. Consumer — a User who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Consumers have additional rights under the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, which these Terms do not restrict.
2.3. Business User — any User who is not a Consumer. Clauses 10 (withdrawal and refunds) and 21.2 (consumer forum) do not apply to Business Users.
2.4. CV — the work-experience document that the Platform generates, stores or processes from data you upload or enter.
2.5. Matching — the Platform's automated selection and scoring of vacancies according to how well they fit your profile.
2.6. Paid Service — any Platform feature offered in exchange for a price, as described in clause 7.
2.7. Payment Service Provider (PSP) — the licensed provider that processes electronic payments on our behalf, identified on the checkout screen.
3. Eligibility
3.1. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, you may not use the Platform.
3.2. If you use the Platform on behalf of a legal person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.
3.3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
4. What the Platform is — and what it is not
Please read this clause carefully. It defines the limits of our role.
4.1. The Platform is a software tool. It helps you (a) produce a standard-format CV from your own data and (b) find, among publicly available vacancies, those that fit your profile.
4.2. We are not an employer. We do not offer employment, and nothing on the Platform is an offer of employment by us.
4.3. We are not an employment or recruitment agency and we do not place workers. We do not mediate between you and any employer, we do not conclude agreements with employers for the provision of your labour, we do not negotiate your terms of employment, and we do not represent you before any employer.
4.4. We never charge you for being placed in a job. Any price we charge is for the use of software features only — for example generating and exporting a document, or expanded search results. No fee we charge is a placement fee, an intermediation fee, or a condition of receiving any job offer.
4.5. Every application is sent by you, directly to the employer or to the source that published the vacancy. We do not submit applications on your behalf.
4.6. We do not verify employers, and we do not check whether a vacancy is genuine, lawful, still open, or offered on the terms stated. See clause 15.
4.7. Beware of recruitment fraud. No legitimate employer or agency should ask you to pay a fee to be considered for a job. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent eurojobs.ge and asks you for money, documents, or payment card details, do not respond and report it to eurojobs.ge@gmail.com.
5. CV creation
5.1. What it is for. The Platform produces a standard, employment-ready CV so that you can present one internationally recognised document (Europass and ATS-compatible formats) to both Georgian and European employers.
5.2. How it works. You upload an existing CV or enter your data. The Platform automatically extracts your occupation, experience, education, languages and skills. You review and correct that data in your profile. The Platform then generates a CV document you can download.
5.3. Extraction is automated and imperfect. You are responsible for checking the extracted data before you use or send the CV. The quality of the CV depends on the completeness and accuracy of what you provide.
5.4. CV creation or export may be a Paid Service. Where it is, the price is shown before you buy (clause 7).
6. Job matching and notifications
6.1. What it is for. So that you see only the vacancies that genuinely fit your profile, instead of screening thousands of listings by hand.
6.2. How it works. The Platform processes vacancies daily from Georgian job sites and from the official EU EURES database. Each vacancy is analysed (occupation, required skills, salary, location) and scored against your profile. Results are shown with a score and an explanation.
6.3. Matching is fully automated. Scores are produced by software, without human review. A score is an estimate of fit — it is not advice, not a recommendation, and not a prediction that you will be hired. If you believe a result is wrong or unfair, write to eurojobs.ge@gmail.com and a person will look at it.
6.4. Notifications. You may subscribe to be notified about new matches. Basic notification subscriptions are free. You can change or cancel them at any time in your account, or via the unsubscribe link in any message.
6.5. Expanded matching features (for example larger result sets or more frequent notifications) may become Paid Services. If so, the price is shown before you buy.
7. Prices and paid services
7.1. Some Platform features are free; others are Paid Services. Which is which is always identified on the Platform before you commit to anything. Clauses 7 to 10 govern every Paid Service.
7.2. We decide which features are paid. Current prices are always displayed on the Platform before checkout, in GEL.
7.3. Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Where we are required to charge value added tax or an equivalent tax in your country of residence, that tax is shown separately before you confirm the order.
7.4. Payment is made in full and in advance, before the Paid Service is provided.
7.5. Before you confirm an order, we will show you: what you are buying, the total price, the payment method, and — where clause 10.4 applies — the fact that you are asking us to start immediately and will therefore lose your right of withdrawal.
7.6. We may change prices at any time for future purchases. A price change never affects a Paid Service you have already paid for.
7.7. If a Paid Service is ever offered on a recurring (subscription) basis, we will state clearly before purchase: the billing cycle, the renewal price, the date of each renewal, and how to cancel. You will always be able to cancel a recurring Paid Service from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period.
8. Payments
8.1. Payments are processed by a licensed Payment Service Provider. The available methods — bank cards and any others — are shown on the checkout screen.
8.2. We do not receive or store your card details. Card data is handled entirely by the PSP, under its own terms and security standards.
8.3. We send confirmation of every purchase by email and to your account.
8.4. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you provide.
8.5. Disputed transactions. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us first at eurojobs.ge@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 3 working days. Contacting us does not affect your right to dispute the transaction with your bank or card issuer.
8.6. Card security. Card payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure where your card issuer supports it. The PSP holds PCI DSS certification. The payment methods and card schemes we accept are shown at checkout and in the site footer.
8.7. Receipt. For every successful payment you receive an electronic receipt showing the Operator's name and identification code, the service purchased, the amount, the currency and the date. On request we issue an invoice to a legal person.
8.8. Territorial scope and currency. Paid Services may be bought from any country, unless the purchase is restricted by sanctions or by the rules of the PSP or card scheme. We charge in GEL. If your card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer applies its own conversion rate and may add its own fee — we do not control either.
9. Delivery of paid services
9.1. Paid Services are digital and are delivered to your account immediately on payment, or within a few minutes of it — for example a CV document available for download, or a feature activated on your account.
9.2. If a Paid Service is not delivered because of a technical fault, write to eurojobs.ge@gmail.com. We will fix the fault and deliver the service again at no extra charge.
9.3. If we cannot deliver the Paid Service at all, clause 10.6 applies.
10. Right of withdrawal and refunds
This clause reflects mandatory Georgian consumer law. Nothing in it limits rights you have by law.
10.1. Consumers have a right of withdrawal. If you are a Consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract with us within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason, as provided by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
10.2. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to eurojobs.ge@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends. You do not have to give a reason.
10.3. If you withdraw in time, we refund everything you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 calendar days of receiving your statement, at no cost to you.
10.4. When the right of withdrawal is lost. Our Paid Services are digital content and digital services that are supplied immediately. Under the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, you lose the right of withdrawal for such a service once its supply has begun — but only if, before we start, you have:
- (a) expressly requested that we begin supplying it immediately, within the 14-day period; and
- (b) acknowledged that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
We ask for both, as two separate confirmations, on the checkout screen. If we did not obtain both, you keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal, and clause 10.5 does not apply to you.
10.5. Where clause 10.4 applies and the service has been fully supplied, the payment is final and non-refundable. This does not affect clause 10.6, and does not affect any other refund that is mandatory under Georgian law.
10.6. We always refund when we fail to deliver. If you paid and the Paid Service was not delivered at all, or was materially defective and we could not repair it within a reasonable time, we refund the full amount using the same payment method.
10.7. Business Users have no right of withdrawal under this clause.
11. Your account
11.1. An account is created by signing in with Google. Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture with us — see the Privacy Policy.
11.2. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. Tell us immediately at eurojobs.ge@gmail.com if you believe someone else is using it.
11.3. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your CV and profile are used to represent you to employers you choose to apply to; inaccurate data is your responsibility.
11.4. One person, one account. Do not share an account or let anyone else use yours.
12. Suspension and termination
12.1. You may leave at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from your profile, or by writing to eurojobs.ge@gmail.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2. We may suspend or close an account that provides false information, breaches clause 17, or is used unlawfully. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
12.3. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused portion of any Paid Service you have already paid for.
12.4. If your account is closed because you breached these Terms, Paid Services already delivered are not refunded.
12.5. Clauses 13.4, 14, 15, 16, 18, 21 and 22 survive termination.
13. Your content and the licence you give us
13.1. Your CV, your profile data and anything else you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
13.2. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, store, process and display that data solely in order to provide the service to you — that is, to build your CV, to run matching, and to send you the notifications you asked for.
13.3. We do not sell your data, and we do not send your CV to employers. Your CV is disclosed to an employer only when you send it yourself.
13.4. The licence in clause 13.2 ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy and to any records we must keep by law.
13.5. You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
14. Our intellectual property; third-party sources
14.1. The Platform itself — its software, design, database structure, matching logic, scores and explanations, texts, and the eurojobs.ge name and logo — belongs to the Operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Platform; they transfer no ownership.
14.2. Vacancy texts belong to their sources. We display them for the purpose of helping you find them, and every result links back to the original source, which you should treat as authoritative.
14.3. Vacancy data drawn from the EU EURES portal is reused with acknowledgement of the European Labour Authority (ELA) as its source. The EURES logo is not used without ELA's prior written permission. ELA is not responsible for the content of this Platform.
14.4. If you own rights in content shown on the Platform and believe it should not be there, write to eurojobs.ge@gmail.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
15. Accuracy and disclaimers
15.1. We use official and publicly available sources. Even so, we do not guarantee that any vacancy is still open, accurate, or offered on the terms shown. Always verify the final details through the source link before you apply or make any decision.
15.2. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, interviewed, contacted, or matched with any particular vacancy. The Platform is not an employment guarantee.
15.3. We do not give legal, immigration, tax or career advice. Information about work permits, visas or recognition of qualifications is general and may be out of date. Check with the competent authority of the relevant country before you rely on it.
15.4. Except as set out in these Terms and as required by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
16.1. Subject to clause 16.3, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or connected to a Paid Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that Paid Service.
16.2. Subject to clause 16.3, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising because you relied on a vacancy that turned out to be closed, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
16.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- (b) intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence;
- (c) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- (d) anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under Georgian law, including the mandatory rights of Consumers.
16.4. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a Consumer.
17. Acceptable use
17.1. You must not:
- (a) use automated means to access, copy or harvest the Platform in bulk (scraping, crawling, mass download) without our prior written consent;
- (b) collect, extract or attempt to identify other Users or their data;
- (c) upload another person's CV or personal data without their consent;
- (d) upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes anyone's rights;
- (e) post fake vacancies, or use the Platform to advertise, solicit, or recruit for anything other than genuine employment;
- (f) attempt to bypass access controls, probe or test the security of the Platform, or interfere with its operation;
- (g) resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Platform or its data without our written consent; or
- (h) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
17.2. We may remove content and suspend access to enforce this clause (clause 12.2).
18. Personal data
18.1. We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
18.2. Data is stored in the European Union.
18.3. Your CV and profile contain personal data about you and may contain data about others (for example referees). Upload data about another person only if you are entitled to.
18.4. You can view, export and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Questions and data protection requests: eurojobs.ge@gmail.com.
19. Force majeure
19.1. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, payment, email or source providers, network failures, natural events, or acts of a public authority. If such an event prevents delivery of a Paid Service you have paid for, clause 10.6 applies.
20. Changes to these Terms
20.1. We may amend these Terms. The current version, with its version number and effective date, is always published on this page.
20.2. Material changes — in particular changes to prices, to Paid Services, to refund rights, or to liability — take effect no earlier than 14 days after we announce them on the Platform and, for account holders, by email.
20.3. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Platform and delete your account before the change takes effect.
20.4. A change never applies retrospectively to a Paid Service you have already paid for.
21. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
21.1. Complaints first. Write to eurojobs.ge@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 14 working days and aim to resolve them within [N] working days. Most problems are solved this way.
21.2. Consumers. If you are a Consumer, you may also complain to the competent consumer protection authority of Georgia, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in the court that Georgian law makes available to you — including, where the law so provides, the court of your own place of residence. Nothing in these Terms takes that right away.
21.3. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If you are a Consumer habitually resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
21.4. Jurisdiction. Subject to clauses 21.2 and 21.3, disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the Tbilisi City Court.
22. General
22.1. Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one closest to its intended meaning.
22.2. Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business, provided your rights are not reduced; we will tell you if we do.
22.3. Languages. These Terms are published in Georgian, English and Russian. In case of any discrepancy, the Georgian text prevails.
22.4. No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up.
22.5. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Platform.
